| Laal Singh Chaddha (2020) is an upcoming Indian comedy-drama film. It will be produced by Aamir Khan and Viacom18 Movies. Aamir Khan had apologized for disappointing his fans for the Thugs of Hindostan (2018) film. The announcement was made by Aamir during the media interaction on his 54th birthday. The film will be the Hindi remake of Tom Hanks starrer 1994's comedy-drama film 'Forrest Gump'. The project will be helmed by Advait Chandan who had worked on Taare Zameen Par (2007) and Dhobi Ghat (2010) as an assistant director before making directorial debut with Secret Superstar (2017). Aamir and Kareena Kapoor will share screen space for the third time, after 3Idiots and Talaash. |
