Shashi Kapoor Is No More!!!!!!!!

Shashi Kapoor was a legendary film actor and producer of Bollywood industry. He was born on March 18, 1938, Kolkata, India and died on December 4, 2017, Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, Mumbai, India. He died at 79. Shashi Kapoor started his career as a child artist in 1940s. He also worked as a director and assistant director in several films. Shashi appeared is a huge number of Bollywood films(more than 175) and also appeared in several notable western films. In 2011, he was honored with the Padma Bhushan by the Government of India for his contributions to Art-Cinema.

He was the younger brother of legendary actor Raj Kapoor and Shammi Kapoor. Shashi married actress Jennifer Kendal who was dead in 1984. Shashi was survived by his sons, Kunal and Karan, and a daughter, Sanjana. He was suffering Prolonged illness and liver problem and chest infection for a long time. Kapoor was admitted to the Kokilaben Hospital, on December 4, 2017, for the chest infection. Later Kokilaben Hospital and his nephew Ranbir Kapoor confirmed his death at 5.20 pm.

Whole Bollywood industry is in shock.
